This concentrated formula replenishes vital electrolytes and essential nutrients lost through sweat during training, competition, or transportation.

Containing sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, and calcium, the paste helps restore fluid balance, maintain muscle and nerve function, and stimulate the natural thirst response. This encourages horses to drink more water, aiding in faster rehydration and improved recovery.

The addition of B-complex vitamins helps support appetite and energy production, while Vitamin E acts as a powerful antioxidant to help protect muscle cells and support recovery after exercise.

Each g contains: Sodium 63.0mg, Chloride 208.8mg, Potassium 81.3mg, Magnesium 2.96mg, Calcium 21.2mg, Zinc 1.34mg, DL-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E) 18.22mg, Folic acid 0.35mg, Thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 1.70mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.44mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 5.55mg, Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 3.00mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 0.17mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 0.68mg
Directions for use
  1. Administer after exercise or transport when additional electrolytes are required.
  2. Each 90 g syringe contains three 30 g servings.
  3. Administer orally by placing the paste over the back of the tongue.
  4. Ensure horses have access to fresh drinking water following dosing.

Horses: 990 1100 lbs

  • Moderate work (30 60 minutes duration): 30 g immediately after exercise.
  • Heavy work (1 2 hours duration): 60 g immediately after exercise.
  • Following long-distance transport: 30 60 g upon arrival.
  • For horses with heavy sweating, dosing may be repeated after 15 30 minutes.

Ponies: 550 660 lbs

  • Give half the recommended horse dose.

Electrolene Paste can be used in addition to a daily in-feed electrolyte supplement.
Caution
  • Can irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact and always wear gloves when handling. Wash hands after use.
  • Harmful if swallowed. Not for human consumption. Keep safely away from children and pets.

Disposal: Ensure safe disposal by wrapping the syringe in paper before placing it in the garbage.

Environmental Protection: Do not contaminate natural water sources including dams, rivers, creeks, and streams. Harmful to aquatic organisms and wildlife.
