Refer A Friend

I have referred friends but have not received any points. What should I check?

Thank you for sharing us with your friends, we really appreciate it.

To receive referral rewards, your friend must:

• Use your referral link or referral invitation.
• Be a first-time customer.
• Create an account using the same email address they use to place their order.
• Place an order over $100.

Once your friend's qualifying order has been placed and shipped, your referral reward will be added to your account. You will also receive an email confirming that your referral reward has been issued.

If you haven't received your reward, check that your friend signed up and placed their order using your referral link or referral invitation. Orders placed without a tracked referral cannot be linked back to your account.

You can also view your rewards history on the Rewards page to see a list of points you have received from successful referrals.
