All standard deliveries are handled by USPS, offering reliable and fully tracked service from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Our Shipping Partners
To help keep prices low for our customers, we ship through DHL and Australia Post, who then hand off to USPS for final delivery within the United States.
Address Details & Delivery Compatibility
Some addresses may not be supported by USPS — for example, new housing developments not yet listed in the USPS database, or locked delivery points that prevent access.
If you’re unsure whether your address is serviceable, you can confirm using the USPS Address Lookup Tool.
If your location isn’t listed or your mailbox is in a gated area, please contact your local post office or provide an alternative delivery address when placing your order.
