We guarantee prompt delivery. Your order will be filled within 2 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can't dispatch your order within 5 working days, we will contact you by email. Most of our orders arrive in 10 to 15 days, however in some rare circumstances, some orders can take longer . Please remember delivery times vary and will depend on factors such as your location, holidays and weather. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of order, please contact our call center.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of you placing your order*, we will refund or reship your order (unless one of the exclusions below apply).
Our 30 day delivery guarantee does not apply if (a) you have given us an incorrect or incomplete address (b) dispatching your order was delayed due to out of stock or other stock issues, and you’ve confirmed you’re happy to wait c) your order is stopped, delayed or returned to sender by any government authority d) your address is in a remote area or an area not serviced regularly by delivery services e) your order is delayed by bad weather, delays in processing of orders by customs or the postal service, Covid 19 or any other pandemic or health issue e) delays caused by the introduction of or change to the processing or collection of tariffs, taxes or duties or any other reason outside our reasonable control.
Please also ensure that there is a safe and secure place for our delivery partners to leave your parcel. We accept no responsibility for, and will not give any refund for, orders which are lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced once delivered to your address.
