How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy. Create an account and enter your name, email, and password. It is free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and new product drops.

If you already have an account you have been enrolled in our rewards program, so you can sign in and start earning points.

What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?

Our rewards program lets you earn more perks the more you engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, allocated when your order is shipped, that can be redeemed towards future purchases.

You also earn points for following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and you are gifted $10 off just for telling us your pet’s birthday. Members can unlock free shipping and get access to exclusive coupons, launches, promotions, giveaways, and more.

Remember, you must be logged in to your account to earn points.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

No. All customers with an active account on 23 January 2023, when we launched the program, were automatically enrolled and awarded 50 points for having an account.

If you have had more than one customer account with us, only one rewards account was created per person.

Where can I find all of my rewards account info?

The rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access your info by visiting our rewards page.

Will I receive points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?

You will only receive points if you are logged in to your rewards account when you place your order and only for purchases made after 23 January 2023. Make sure to create and log in to your account before ordering so you can receive points.

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts?

Due to platform limitations we are not able to merge customer accounts.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

No. Sign up is completely free and it will never cost you anything to earn points.

What are the easy ways to earn points?

You earn points by engaging with our brand. This includes:

  • Creating an account.
  • Placing orders while logged in.
  • Adding your pet’s birthday in your rewards account.
  • Leaving product reviews.
  • Following us on social media.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No. There is no cap on how many points you can earn. You can keep earning by shopping with us, engaging with our community, and taking part in seasonal promotions.

How do I redeem my points?

Points are redeemed during checkout. Make sure you are signed in to your account.

On the checkout page you will see your available points. Choose the reward you want to apply and continue with the checkout process.

You must have at least 500 points to redeem, and redemptions are made in increments of 250 points, with a maximum of 1000 points per transaction.

How do points convert to dollars?

500 points = $10 USD off
750 points = $15 USD off
1000 points = $20 USD off

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you return the entire order, we refund the dollar amount you actually paid after the reward discount. The points you used for that discount are added back to your rewards account.

I earned points with my last purchase but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

If you return an order where you used points, your refund will be processed for the amount paid and the points you redeemed will be returned to your rewards balance.

For example, if you use $10 (500 points) toward a $100 purchase then return it, $90 is refunded to your original payment method and 500 points are deposited back into your rewards account.

Do points ever expire?

Points expire 1 year after your account has been inactive.

If we ever decide to end the rewards program, all points and perks will expire with the program.

We reserve the right to terminate a rewards membership if we believe the program is being abused, including reselling products, exploiting the program, excessive returns, fraud, or other behaviour that manipulates the program.

If your account is terminated by you or by us, or you opt out of the rewards program, any unused rewards and unredeemed points will be lost.

Why did I not earn points on my purchase?

First check that you were signed in to your rewards account and did not check out as a guest. You must be logged in when placing an order to earn points.

You also will not receive points if your purchase is canceled or returned. Any points previously earned on an order that is later returned will be deducted from your balance.

I should have earned points but my balance did not change. Did I get credit?

There can be a delay between systems, and points might take from a few minutes up to several hours to appear. Points are allocated when your order is shipped, so they will not show in your account until you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Try these quick checks:

  1. Refresh your browser.
  2. Log out of your account then log back in.
  3. Check your rewards history to see if the points were added without you noticing. Your history will show points earned, how and when they were earned, and any redemptions.

If you still believe your balance is not accurate, email [email protected] or call 1-888-691-2268 and our team will look into it.

How can I get my pet’s birthday $10 coupon code?

Add your pet’s birthday under the ways to earn points section on the rewards page. On their birthday we send you a special $10 discount code by email, valid for 30 days from their birthday.

At the moment you can only add one pet’s birthday per rewards account and you will receive one $10 birthday coupon each year.

Your birthday code is non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we believe the program is being manipulated, we reserve the right to terminate the account.

I signed up for my pet’s birthday coupon but did not receive it.

To receive the coupon on their birthday, you must register the date at least 30 days in advance. If you register within 30 days of their upcoming birthday, the first coupon will be sent 30 days after you register. After that, future coupons will be sent on their birthday.

If you register their birthday after it has already passed in the current calendar year, the coupon will be emailed on their birthday in the following year.

I have referred friends but have not received any points. What should I check?

Thank you for sharing us with your friends, we really appreciate it. For you to receive referral rewards, your friend must:

  • Click the link in the referral email they received.
  • Be a first-time customer.
  • Sign up for an account.
  • Place an order over $100.

Points are added to your account when your referred friend’s order has been placed and shipped. You will receive an email letting you know that your referral has completed a qualifying purchase and that a reward was added to your account.

You can also check your rewards history to see a list of points you have received for referrals.
