  • Small - Fits dogs and puppies that will have an adult weight of 11-22 lbs. Includes toy breeds and small dogs with a narrow, small muzzle.
    • Examples: Toy Poodle, Lhasa Apso, Dachshund, Bichon, small Sheltie, Pomeranian, Shih-Tzu, Basenji, Fox Terriers, Jack Russells, Beagles etc.
  • Medium - Fits dogs and puppies that will have an adult weight of 22-66 lbs. Also includes small dogs with a broad muzzle.
    • Examples: Cocker, Springer, Brittany, Collie, Beagle, Airedale, Australian Shepherd, Samoyed, Norwegian Elkhound, Kelpies, Pointers, Blue Heelers, etc.
  • Large - Fits larger dogs that will have an adult weight of more than 66-121 lbs, and some dogs under 66 lbs with larger heads.
    • Examples: Basset, Golden, Lab, German Shepherd, Doberman, Sharpei, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Old English Sheepdog, Malamute, Akita, Great Dane, etc.
  • X-Large - Fits giant dogs that will have an adult weight of more than 121 pounds.

Ingredients

Materials:

  • Nylon straps
  • Padded neoprene nose loop
  • Metal hardware (for leash attachment)
  • Plastic side-release buckle
Directions for use
  1. Determine the correct size by your dog's approximate weight.
    • Dogs with unusually shaped heads may require a different size.
    • Medium and large breed puppies can begin at 8 10 weeks using a Medium until 66 lbs.
    • Puppies already over 44 lbs should use a Large size.
    • Short-snout breeds such as Bulldogs and Boxers require the Short Snout design.
  2. Fit the Neck Loop snugly, high behind the ears, allowing minimal finger space.
  3. A snug Neck Loop ensures proper Nose Loop positioning.
  4. Position the Nose Loop in front of the eyes and behind the mouth corners.
  5. The Nose Loop should move freely but stay secure on the muzzle.
  6. Check fit daily and adjust as your puppy grows.
  7. Once adult size is reached, excess strap may be trimmed and sealed.
