Protexin Veterinary Pro-Kolin Advanced is a probiotic paste designed to support dogs' digestive health. It contains the beneficial bacterium Enterococcus faecium along with Preplex® prebiotics, which help maintain a balanced gut flora. The formula also includes natural binding agents like kaolin and montmorillonite to firm stools, as well as pectin and psyllium to soothe and regulate the gut lining.
In addition, beta-glucans are included to support the immune system. This paste is suitable for dogs of all sizes and is easy to administer thanks to its palatable texture and convenient syringe packaging. Pro-Kolin Advanced is clinically proven to help manage digestive upsets and promote overall gastrointestinal wellbeing.
To use Pro-Kolin Advanced, first select the appropriate syringe size for your dog. The 15ml and 30ml syringes are ideal for small to medium breeds, while the 60ml syringe is better suited for larger dogs. Each syringe is clearly graduated to make dosing simple and accurate.
Turn the wheel on the syringe plunger until it rests just to the right of the number indicating your desired amount. For example, if you want to administer 10ml, rotate the wheel so it sits just past the 10ml mark. You can then give the paste directly into your dog's mouth or mix it with a small amount of food if preferred. Follow your veterinarian's guidance for frequency and duration of use.
