Sarolaner, an isoxazoline ingredient in the product, has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions including tremors, loss of coordination (ataxia), and seizures. Such reactions may occur in dogs with or without prior neurologic disorders. The product has not been evaluated for safety in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. Vomiting and diarrhea were the most commonly reported adverse reactions during clinical trials. |
